Dear Insomniacs, finally we welcome you - our Insomnia family - to the celebration and launch of the new book - Dreaming Awake - 20 years of Insomnia - on Saturday 14.01 at Backbeat in Tromsø. Doors open at 18.00!

Join us on an intimate trip down memory lane with some of the key people who have been involved with the festival on and off stage since it´s humble beginnings 20+ years ago, alongside the team behind the publication, as well as local collaborators, partners and extended family members.

Insomnia Festival is a dream still in the making and we are looking forward to share this evening with old and new members of our community, looking back at our history while also looking into the future of Insomnia festival and electronic music culture in the north!

We expect to meet some amazing guests in the sofa this evening, reminiscing and sharing stories in an informal conversation surrounding the book, the festival, and beyond.

The evening will be hosted by characters from Insomnia´s organizational team and the sofa talk will be facilitated by the previous daily manager of the festival Anette Tunheim Jakobsen.

As our guest and family member you are welcome to join the conversation and share your best Insomnia memories with us this evening!

There will be a light serving of finger food and a welcome drink at 18.00 for the first people arriving.
